On behalf of the entire team at the Talbot Hotel may we congratulate you on your engagement and forthcoming marriage. We are delighted that you are considering our hotel for your wedding day celebrations.
The Talbot Hotel provides a great atmospheric alternative to modern hotels and our Grade 1 listed, 17th century building is full of character and history. Situated in the heart of the town of Oundle it is conveniently located just a short stroll from the St Peter’s and Most Holy Name of Jesus churches.
Alternatively, you may choose to have your actual wedding ceremony with us at the hotel as we are licensed as a venue for marriages. We have a choice of two beautiful function rooms for wedding ceremonies and receptions:
The Whitwell Room – This lovely traditional oak panelled room, with two beautiful stone fireplaces, is located on the first floor of the hotel and offers a seating capacity for 60 guests.
