Business and Pleasure events are held in Zest Rooms, our stand alone Conference & Events venue built in 2009, or at various locations on Resort including the International Arena and Atlas Theatre. You can be assured your event will be set in an inspirational setting with first class facilities and a dedicated professional on hand at all times to ensure a memorable event to meet your needs and expectations. Our team bring a fresh, creative and inspiring approach to Business or Pleasure events, whether hosting a Board Meeting, managing a Company Conference, celebrating with an Awards Evening or Gala Dinner, fun out of the office, celebrating a Wedding, Anniversary or Family Fun Day…

Zest Rooms has been purpose built to cater for all your needs, from a light lunch for colleagues or friends, to a Gala Dinner or Conference for up to 360 people (dependent on layout requirements). We are licensed to hold Civil Ceremonies, including Weddings, Wedding Vow Renewals, Civil Partnerships and Baby Naming Ceremonies.

A wide range of activities are available on site, from Clay Pigeon Shooting to Segways that can complement your conference or meeting schedule, or can be enjoyed as a stand-alone team or family action event.

Your group is guaranteed a memorable time with us, whether for fun, team building activities, conferences, seminars, special occasions, celebration parties or just a great day out.

WEDDINGS

Your wedding day should be as special as you are and by choosing Zest Rooms your big day will certainly be special as the arrangements will be individually tailored to suit you and you alone. Set on the cliff-top, overlooking the golf course, beach and sea, which provide fantastic photo opportunities, our fabulous venue offers flexibility and adaptability to make your day your own – you can use the space how you wish. Zest Rooms is licensed by the local authority for Civil Marriages and Civil Partnerships to take place.

With delicious and impeccably presented food prepared for you by our Conference & Banqueting Head Chef, together with a team of polite, attentive and unobtrusive waiting staff led by our Hospitality Suite Manager, your Wedding Breakfast and Evening Buffet, will be an enjoyable and satisfying experience. When the cake has been cut, and the speeches have finished, it’s time to welcome your evening guests and prepare for your first dance as a married couple. Our Bars Team will serve until the early hours and with a wide range of evening entertainment from a DJ to a 10 Piece Band, it’s time to let your hair down.
