Come and relax in beautiful surroundings in our 17th century farmhouse, wander around the extensive gardens and visit the ‘Garden of Eden’ surrounded by 400 year old flint walls - the perfect spot for photographs. Better still, why not stay with us in the old dairy or stables with their beamed ceilings and old walls?

Under new ownership in 2007, Elm Farm has seen many changes in the 400 years it has stood at the heart of the lovely Norfolk village of Horsham St Faith.

With character oozing from its ancient brickwork, Elm Farm is full of charm and if you look carefully it has many stories to tell from the old crooked beams to the flint and brick walls.

But one thing will never change - the warm welcome the house and staff will give to you, the peaceful and relaxing gardens and the pond with its ducks, chickens and the farm’s famous black swans - plus our British Saddleback pigs Henry and Matilda.

WEDDINGS

At Elm Farm Country House we can cater for many types of private function - and we especially enjoy weddings! As well as hosting your wedding breakfast and evening party, we now have a license for wedding ceremonies, so you can enjoy your day in comfort.The Restaurant

With seating enough for eighty people, the Dining Room has plenty of space for your Wedding Breakfast - and for the evening, up to 300 guests can enjoy the buffet. The stage is the perfect centre piece for your disco or band. Confetti

The Lounge

Perfectly suited for smaller parties, the Lounge seats up to 30 people and is suitable for buffets for up to 50. The lounge benefits from direct access to the bar and the outdoor patio areas.
