Our luxury holiday cottages are situated close to the Norfolk Coast and Norfolk Broads, and just a few
miles from Blakeney, Wells-next-the-Sea, Burnham Market and Holkham.
Our holiday barns are ideal bases from which to explore Norfolk, and make cosy hideaways for a
romantic break or a luxury self-catering holiday for larger groups. Beautifully restored by an award winning
architect, our barns can be booked for anything from a 3-night break to a 2-week holiday.
The 6 converted barns at North Barsham have access to a spa pool/jacuzzi and sleep from 4-14 people.
When booked together, they can sleep up to 52 making Barsham Barns an ideal venue for corporate events or business meetings.
We can also arrange outside catering to make your stay even more hassle free!

Barsham Barns is the perfect Norfolk business meeting venue and great for corporate events. Our group accommodation is located in a tranquil rural setting but within easy reach of London, Birmingham or Cambridge.
Our barns can host up to 26 (all with single accommodation) or 39 if sharing. And the rural setting and unique design means you’ve got the peace and comfort you need for a productive, enjoyable and memorable corporate event.
Our Norfolk meeting venue has hosted groups from Microsoft, Coca Cola, Sainsbury’s, the King’s Fund, Whitbread, Premier Inns, Lastminute.com, Boden, Marks & Spencer and more. We’re 5 Star Gold Award rated by VisitBritain and have lots of repeat bookings. And we’ve had plenty of great media coverage too. Delegates love it so much they’ve been back with family and friends for holidays!
