Hi I’m Thomas and mad about food. I remember jumping off the bus, running home, bursting to get into the kitchen and cooking dinner. I was always hungry and I was only 11!
This enthusiasm didn’t leave me and when I was 15 it took me into a professional kitchen and I have been hooked ever since. I have worked all over the world from France to Australia, I have travelled extensively in Europe, Asia and Australia this has inspired me to bring the tastes of the world home. In 2008 I settled in Leicestershire, where I have held positions as Head Chef in various well-established restaurants.
I have done food styling work for Morrisson’s and Deli France, have been involved in many product launches, I have experience in event management and consult regularly with local businesses.
I get so excited about the events I am involved with. I like to make sure that I form a solid relationship with my clients. Planning is the key to ensure a successful event, it is important that we are singing to the same tune.
