Stevington Village Hall is available for hire for private and public functions such as wedding receptions, birthday parties, family celebrations, concerts and public performances.
We provide a professional kitchen equipped with commercial appliances plus chinaware and cutlery for 120 covers.
We can also increase the event capacity by providing a 6 x 12 metre, lined marquee. Table linen and chair covers are also available.
We are fully licensed for the sale of alcohol and public entertainment events.

The marquee is supplied with carpeting, power and chandelier lighting. A full satin lining to the marquee is also available for hire.

The hall kitchen is equipped with a range of commercial stainless steel kitchen appliances and work surfaces.
Cooker, fridge, Bain-marie/warming cabinet dishwasher and a variety of pans.
The kitchen is accessed from the hall by double doors and a serving hatch.
We provide chinaware and cutlery for 120 covers.
We can also supply table linen and chair covers.

The bar is provided with a 2 metre bar serving surface to a 4 x 4 metre bar area with doors to a western elevation patio and view of the park.
The bar is equiped with 3 keg taps, a 3 coil chiller, glassed bottle chiller, large fridge, freezer and commercial glass washer ( 3 min cycle).
We can provide a wide range of glasses for all occations Pint, tumblers, wine and champagne flutes.
