Grand TwentyTwo is probably best described as our “Out House”. It’s a little somewhere extra for our guests to enjoy that Grand experience in the lovely Lytham St. Annes. Just as luxurious, just as grand and just 50 meters away from our “In House”.

Our Grand meeting and events rooms combine a sense of occasion with trendy facilities and an intuitive understanding of your requirements, whether you are planning a wedding, corporate event or looking for a private party venue.
We have a choice of three spaces, available for hire separately or together, all of them decorated in extensive Grand style and kitted out with some of the latest technology. The capacities are both intimate and flexible, where our dedicated events team will provide seamless support before and during your event to ensure a truly memorable occasion.
