THE GEORGE HOTEL, ISLA'S & THE CONSERVATORY
A gracious 17th century townhouse enjoying a wonderful location nestling on the water's edge between the castle and pier in the bustling harbour town of Yarmouth, Isle of Wight.
We will be closed from 11th to 23rd January 2015 for refurbishment, re-opening at lunchtime on Saturday 24th January followed by our Burns Night Supper. Isla's will be closed from 21st December until 24th January. Our reservation team will be taking bookings and enquiries and normal.Yarmouth is a bustling Harbour town that attracts many visitors and has a vibrant community all year round. This colourful Harbour enjoys much activity with sailing, fishing and motor boats mooring. The picturesque square has a choice of quaint shops and interesting places to dine. The Pier is the longest timber pier in England and is a fabulous place to fish or just enjoy a stroll. There are walks around the pretty Harbour, along the promenade and the old railway track.
