Recently refurbished, centrally heated, well decorated, modern ceiling lighting, double glazed windows, all fully curtained. Raised stage area (size:11’3” x 18’9”), a small kitchenette in the main hall with sink, hot and cold water, worktops for serving purposes and cupboards below equipped with tea making essentials. The hall is equipped with ample tables and chairs. In addition, there is a small kitchen at the rear of the hall with cooker, fridge, microwave, full sets of crockery, cutlery and glasses.
Access into the hall is completely flat through double doors into a small entrance hall with toilets off. Separate Ladies and Gents toilets, a slightly larger one for disabled access in the Ladies.
Outside: car park at front of the hall, at the rear a small enclosed patio area with double doors leading onto it from the main body of the hall and a small amount of patio furniture is available.
