WEDDINGS AT HITCHIN PRIORY

Hitchin Priory is a charming 14th Century building, set in 19 acres of magnificent gardens and parkland nestling on the River Hiz.

We are Licensed for Civil Ceremonies, from 20 to 100 people, Hitchin Priory can cater up to 80 guests at a formal wedding breakfast in the splendour of the Main House, with 200 guests for an evening reception, or up to 300 guests in the Marquee, which overlooks our stunning grounds.
Our 19 acres of picturesque grounds are also the perfect backdrop for your wedding photographs and ideal for guests to enjoy post ceremony drinks.

Whatever your requirements, our experienced wedding planner at Hitchin Priory will support you every step of the way to ensure you have your perfect day. An event manager will also be on hand on the big day to ensure all runs smoothly.

MEETINGS

Set in 19 acres of beautiful parkland, Hitchin Priory is a world away from the office, yet only a few minutes from the A1 and M1 motorway and 30 minutes by train from London Kings Cross.

Situated in the quaint town of Hitchin, Hertfordshire, just 20 minutes from London Luton Airport and easily accessible from Central London, Hitchin Priory is an ideal venue for training courses, meetings and events.

The largest of our 16 meeting rooms at Hitchin Priory seats up to 90 delegates, our Marquee is also available from May-September which seats up to 200 delegates, with each room providing natural daylight. Our day delegate rate would include, room hire, unlimited tea and coffee with arrival, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks, screen and projector, up to 2 flip charts, pens and paper in addition to sweets and cordials in the room.
In addition to this you will have a dedicated Conference Coordinator that will help you make your event a succes with managers on the day to support with anything you may need.
There’s also free parking if you’re arriving by car and acres of outdoor space for you to get creative with team building activities.
