Just 4 miles from the centre of York, Villa farm has 12 cottages of various sizes, some of which include hot tubs, which sleep up to 111 people altogether. The cottages have been built to provide quality holiday accommodation in landscaped surroundings.

WEDDINGS AND EVENTS

York Barn is a sensational place for events, located within the scenic grounds of Villa Farm. Blending the rustic, farmhouse decor along with a modern twist, we have created a venue offering the warmest of welcomes for our guests. Our beautiful barn can accommodate up to 220 guests for a standing reception, and it boasts stunning blank canvas features, allowing our clients to get creative, an add some personal touches to their wedding or event. York Barn is a family owned venue so with that in mind we take great pride in the level of service we provide, from an enquiry all the event itself, our friendly team are with you every step of the way.
