WEDDINGS

It’s the morning of your wedding. Guests begin to arrive at Whitney Court. Welcome drinks are served in a marquee on the terrace. Small clusters of people gather. Voices echo across the green.

Early guests begin to filter through open doors and into the Edwardian manor house, where oak and fine furnishings complement the flowers, design and seating arrangements that you have chosen. From bay windows, visitors glimpse gardens and grassy terraces, giving way to rich woodland, a river valley, mountains in the distance. There is something special about this place.

Perhaps a few close friends and family arrived the evening before to enjoy the luxurious overnight accommodation and precious time together. Meanwhile, select caterers have been busy with final preparations, the menus are set, and the string quartet, gypsy jazz, DJ or rock band, are setting up. There’s still time to practice a walk down the grand staircase, pausing for a moment to admire the polished oak and antique furniture of the Great Hall. Everything is ready. Everything is just as you wanted it.
