Welcome to the Greater Manchester Police Sports & Social Club, based at Hough End in Chorlton. Primarily, we are venue for the officers and staff Greater Manchester Police to socialise and play sports. However, our facilities are available to all members of the public for conferences, functions & weddings, family ocassions or sports events.

We have a large conference room which includes a stage and dance floor. We also have smaller conference rooms available for small meetings. Running between these rooms is our fully licenced bar, including a large screen so you can watch live TV.

We also have a wide range of sports facilities, including a full gym, squash courts and large sports hall. We also have a full size grass football pitch for hire, and our former bowling green has recently become well-used for team building events.

Just a short drive from the City Centre and Manchester International Airport, within easy access to rail connections, The Hough End Centre makes it the perfect venue for your conference or meeting.

We have three versatile function rooms that can accommodate up to 250 people. All rooms are located on the ground floor and are air-conditioned.

The Hough End Centre will surprise you with its range of facilities including state of the art technology, quality furnishings and free parking. We have an extensive range of audio visual equipment which is available for use, Free of Charge. Visitors also have free use of our Wi-Fi connection.

Our polite and helpful team will also be on hand to assist you throughout the day to ensure your event is a complete success
