The house stands in peaceful secluded grounds and yet is conveniently located five miles from the historic city of Winchester, 10 minutes from Junction 9 of the M3.


From the grandest wedding to a small intimate gathering, this beautiful family home provides exclusive use in a perfect setting. The house and grounds are truly yours, ensuring you of a magical and memorable day. Guests walk into the painted hall, where in winter they are welcomed with a roaring log fire. In summer, the lawns offer a wonderful setting for a drinks reception before moving into the Library for a silver service wedding breakfast, or if numbers are more than 100, in a marquee adjoining the house.
