A small 3 Star Country House Hotel set amidst the splendour of the North Wessex Downs, located close to Highclere Castle.
The house, which for over 100 years has been a country retreat, still retains the feel of a private home where the Hamilton family provide a warm and caring welcome with comfortable lounges, and individually decorated bedrooms where you are pampered with fluffy towels, local filtered well water and home made biscuits.
The Courtyard Restaurant offers a choice of menus in an elegant Dining Room overlooking our gardens and the farmland beyond.
All dishes are freshly prepared by our Head Chef Dennis and his team with herbs from our own Herb Garden and extensive use of local Hampshire and Berkshire produce.
