The Allendale Centre welcomes regular, occasional and one-off hirers, and hosts a range of events including dance events, theatre shows and live music.
We welcome hirers wishing to hold events ranging from talks to trade fairs to parties to exercise classes and we have a selection of spaces available at very competitive prices.
We offer facilities for dance school classes, rehearsals and shows, music performances and touring theatre companies. We can provide bar/catering facilities, technical facilities including sound and lighting, and marketing assistance including listings on our website and Facebook page and poster and flyer displays at the Centre.

The Minster Hall / Minster Theatre is our largest space, with a wooden sprung floor perfect for dancing, a proscenium arch theatre stage with lighting and sound system and a fully stocked and staffed bar, when required.
It's the perfect East Dorset venue for exhibitions, conferences, live bands, shows, music and arts festivals, civic events, craft and other fairs, corporate hospitality, parties, dances and more. It's also the heart of the annual Wimborne Minster Folk Festival!
For stage productions and live music a professional Technical Crew is available to assist with stage management, sound and lighting. Microphones (on or off stage), projector and screen are also available for hire.

The Quarter Jack is perfect for smaller events, with a sprung maple floor and (when required) a fully stocked bar. Ideal for talks, presentations, meetings, exhibitions, fairs, shows, rehearsals, dance/exercise classes and much more.
Catering can be served in the room. The Quarter Jack Suite also has a kitchen for hire, with a hatch directly into the room, making it ideal for self-catering events. The Village Green Cafe can also provide menu options to suit your function and budget.
Microphones, flipcharts, projector and screen can be hired, and we have Technical support to assist Hirers.

The Julian Room is a rectangular room suitable for around 12 people boardroom/meeting style, 15 theatre style or without added furniture, for rehearsals etc.
•Available to hire on a one-off or regular basis
•Great for smaller meetings, presentations, classes, rehearsals etc.

•Ideal as a ‘break out’ space or dressing room, when hiring Minster Hall or Quarter Jack
•Hire in conjunction with Canford Room as male/female dressing rooms - both rooms are lockable and have windows with blinds
