Weymouth & Portland are not only at the heart of the World Heritage Coast but also the venues for the sailing events of the 2012 Olympics. Whether you are looking for a stroll on the promenade, long sandy beaches, an historic harbour side, some top attractions, great entertainment and panoramic seascapes and landscapes, this is the area to visit.

COASTAL FARMHOUSE B&B
We are a 4* AA Gold Rated B&B with a luxury room with super king bed, rainfall walk in shower and sea views, two rooms with king size beds, a twin room and a small double/single room.

SELF CATERING APARTMENTS
We have 2 self catering apartments at the farm and another luxury penthouse in nearby Portland.

WEDDINGS
We are licenced for Civil Wedding Ceremonies and Civil Partnerships which may be held in the Summer House, or in the Farmhouse during Winter months. From mid-May until October receptions may be held in a Marquee with a backdrop of Chesil Beach and the Fleet Saltwater Estuary. Smaller more intimate receptions for up to 30 guests may be held in the farmhouse for just £500 for 3 hours. Registrar is an extra cost. Supply your own refreshments or hire caterers to attend.

The charge for hire of the wedding field, and use of gardens and summerhouse is £2,000. Additional costs will be incurred for the Registrar to attend if required and also for marquee hire, caterers, generator, toilet block etc. We take a £500 non-refundable deposit and the balance is due 1 month prior to the wedding.

We have luxury accommodation for up to 25 guests at the farm:
Holiday Home (self-catering): 2 rooms with king size beds and 1 twin room, all with en suite facilities, plus a double sofa bed. 3 night minimum stay
Bungalow (self-catering): 2 rooms with king size beds, shared shower room and wheelchair access. 3 night minimum stay.
5 B&B rooms. No minimum stay.

We are open 365 days a year with grass and hardstanding pitches. We have spectacular sea views and a footpath leading down to the Fleet Lagoon.
