This is a new timber framed building completed in 2005 and built in a traditional manner to modern standards, just 3 miles south of Junction 7 of the M40. It is a lodge style building with a vaulted ceiling giving a light and airy feeling. It consists of a large hall, well equipped kitchen, toilets as well as changing rooms, showers and disabled toilets and baby changing facilities. There is a sound system as well as projection facilities.

The hall is available for hire for wedding receptions, family gatherings and parties as well as regular classes for zumba, pilates, yoga, kindergym, sound therapy and other village events.
