The Langstone Cliff Hotel offers public rooms on a grand style and is set in 20 acres of wooded grounds overlooking the sea, an ideal setting for photographs. Add to this 64 very comfortable en suite bedrooms, ease of car parking, ease of access, just a few minutes drive from the end of the M5 at Exeter, superb facilities for evening parties, a very caring attitude and you begin to understand why families will travel from all parts of the United Kingdom to hold their wedding at the Langstone Cliff Hotel.

The Washington Suite
Located on the South Devon Coast the Washington suite at the Langstone Cliff Hotel is fronted by the Conservatory which looks down over the hotel Lawns to the Sea, Exe estuary and the English Channel.
The Washington Suite is the largest of the conference, meeting and banqueting suites at the Langstone Cliff Hotel, Dawlish and can accommodate up to 450 people Indeed it is one of the largest in Devon but it's key is it's versatility and flexibility.The Washington Ballroom
The Suite comprises an independent direct entrance foyer complete with toilet and cloakroom facilities, a large, comfortable lounge bar the spacious Washington Ballroom and the versatile conservatory. The Washington suite can can be totally independent of the remainder of the hotel or has an internal link through to the Lincoln Ballroom, or via the corridor adjacent to the Orchid room to the Hall as and when required.
The Suite is fully air conditioned throughout and has a sophisticated and flexible lighting system. The Ballroom and lounge also have an integrated public address system complete with an induction loop for the hard of hearing in the ballroom.
There is level access throughout the Ballroom and an accessible toilet located off the entrance foyer.
There is FREE wired and wireless broadband available throughout the Washington Suite.
