Lord Crewe Arms Hotel description
Hotel / Conference Centre
Medium (1-150)
Welcome to The Lord Crewe Arms. Once upon a time a Twelfth century Abbot's Priory, The Lord Crewe Arms of today is just as it began; humble, honest, and never overstated.
Home to 21 bedrooms coloured by our Northumberland landscape. Two restaurants; The Larder and Bishop’s Dining Room, serving ‘proper’ unpretentious country grub. One vaulted Crypt Bar brimming with the best ales around (hurrah, local galore!) And, with more than a thousand stories to go with all, ‘Here’s’ and ‘Cheer’s’ to the next chapter.
WEDDINGS
An Eleventh Century Abbot’s Guest House with vaulted rooms, flagstone floors, the biggest winter roaring fires and glorious summer gardens perched perfectly on top of the North Pennine moors; what more do you want for your big day?
Let us add a dose of our famous northern hospitality, great ale, ‘good’ wines, and some delicious country food; local, garden-fresh and bespoke to you…
With a building so unique a wedding at The Lord Crewe Arms can only be bespoke and tailor-made to the wishes of our bride and groom. So, whether you want the run of the place with music and dancing, or an intimate wedding breakfast with just the closest of friends; we will help you create a day that is as memorable as its setting. With a personal wedding coordinator on hand for the ins and outs and Chef Hicks in the kitchen cooking up a culinary storm it can’t get any better than this.
