Rockliffe Hall has become the North East’s leading wedding venue, working with brides and grooms on all of your wedding ideas, everything from the big day itself through to honeymoons and wedding anniversaries.
Our 5* resort stands head and shoulders above the rest thanks to its luxury surroundings, secluded grounds, award-winning food and outstanding range of facilities.
Set within 375 acres, with a choice of private rooms for wedding breakfasts, fully-licensed civil ceremonies and evening wedding receptions, Rockliffe Hall can provide the ideal backdrop for your special day- from ceremony to wedding breakfast and into evening celebrations, whether you want a contemporary or traditional wedding.
Choose from the Rockliffe Suite for larger weddings or rooms within the 18th Century Old Hall for intimate gatherings. Our professional Master of Ceremonies provides you and your guests with a red carpet reception to remember.
For a dramatic backdrop, you could go for the marble-pillared entrance hall or, for sheer romance, make your vows under the ivy-covered Garden Arch. And we have a choice of private dining rooms whether you want a formal banquet or a simple buffet.
We believe every wedding should be different so your dedicated wedding planner can arrange all the extras too and, because no two weddings are held on the same day, it truly is your wedding day.
