Macdonald Swan Hotel unfortunately has no lift and access to guest bedrooms is via the main staircase. However, some rooms and our accessible room can be accessed by walking up the side of the hotel and entering through one of the doors that lead to the rear car park. Please contact us directly should you require any more information regarding access to bedrooms.
