Originally a 16th century Ferryman's inn, the RED LION at BURNSALL is open for accommodation and meals throughout the year.
CONFERENCES
We have two conference rooms which combine the best of business facilities with the ambience and character of a traditional country village Inn.
The conference rooms are light and airy, and are situated in a quiet position at the rear of the hotel, with excellent views of the river. The rooms have Broadband and all the usual audio visual equipment.
The Riverside and Garden Room is the smaller of the rooms and will accommodate up to 25 persons with a wood burning stove and direct access to the terrace. The larger Terrace Room is for up to 60 delegates, and both may be combined for larger conferences.

We are privileged to be able to offer you the opportunity to hold your wedding reception and civil marriage ceremony at the Lion.
Our 16thC country inn is idyllically situated on the banks of the River Wharfe, in picturesque burnsall, which still retains the atmosphere of the quintessential English village. Imagine exchanging your vows in this fine setting, either in the terrace, garden or riverside rooms which can accommodate 10 – 120 guests any day of the week.
