In addition to our Festival of Britain auditorium, we opened our golden foyer in 2009, cementing the Hall’s importance as an ambitious music venue with an architecturally important foyer and award-winning green credentials.

No two Bristol Beacon weddings are the same. We offer a striking space with lots of potential and incredible facilities where you can create your bespoke dream wedding. From lighting and music, whether it is a grand event or an intimate affair, your wedding will be totally personal to you – just as it should be.
The X Factor
Our long history of hosting entertainment means we can accommodate the different and the beautiful – the only limitation is your imagination. Whether you dream of aerial displays, roving magicians, a film screening or a rock and roll reception, our staff will work with you at every step to deliver your vision.
A space to call your own
We offer a range of spaces for you to choose from in both the old and new parts of the building. For understated elegance, we recommend a ceremony on the terrace bar with panoramic views of the city. If you crave a theatrical spectacular for your big day, our main auditorium and The Lantern will satisfy your inner rock star. Eating and drinking
As with every element of a Bristol Beacon wedding, your choice of food and drink can be tailored to suit you. We will put you in touch with one of our preferred catering companies to create your dream menu from scratch, from afternoon tea in The Lantern to a barbeque on the terrace, let your imagination run wild with the possibilities. Our fully licensed bars are open until midnight and we can obtain a late license if you are planning on dancing ’til dawn.
Final touches
Although we are skilled at dealing with the biggest shows and the most demanding popstars, we pride ourselves on the small details too. From napkins, bouquets and makeup, to the dress, the photographer and the cake, we work with amazing local people who deliver exceptional service every time and are as committed to your day as we are.

CONFERENCES

Hall 1
Bristol Beacon’s main auditorium creates an impressive setting for larger conferences and meetings. Seating up to 1,800 people, your guests will be able to soak up the atmosphere in this historic and much-loved venue.
The Lantern
A beautiful high-ceilinged room situated within the classic surroundings of the old building. The Lantern is the ideal space to give your delegates the wow factor, ideal for a product launch, exhibitions and larger conferences as the room has a technically equipped stage area and seats up to 250 people.
Bar Level 3 and Terrace
Situated at the top of the building with views across the city this space is perfect for an evening drinks reception, networking event or seminars. There is an abundance of natural daylight flooding in from the patio doors which give you direct access to the terrace. This large space, with a maximum capacity of 200 and a fully functioning bar, is the ideal location to relax and take in the views of Bristol.
Bar Level 1
This contemporary and flexible space is located in the new foyer and has a fully functioning bar. It is ideal for meetings, seminars, exhibitions, networking and drinks receptions, with a maximum capacity of 300.
