Welcome to Bailbrook Lodge, a charming Georgian Grade II listed country house 4 star boutique bed and breakfast with pretty gardens in Bath, England’s only UNESCO World Heritage City and with its historical Roman Spa.

Location
Our country house B&B is set in a perfect, serene location yet is still only 7 minutes drive from Bath’s historic city centre. You can easily visit Bath’s many attractions, and then return to the peace and tranquillity of our lovely boutique bed and breakfast.

Parking
Car parking is FREE. There is also a regular bus service just outside of our grounds with buses at 15-minute intervals or so to take our guests to the centre of our lovely city, which is only 7 minutes away.

We have 15 individually decorated and furnished bedrooms providing the utmost in comfort and charm to make your stay truly enjoyable. 5 of our 15 rooms include four-poster beds, the only boutique B&B or hotel in Bath offering this number of four-poster beds.

WEDDINGS

Our beautiful Georgian Grade II listed country house is a perfect venue for those seeking a more personal, intimate and exclusive venue for up to 32 guests in residence or 50 guests for a reception.

"Exclusively yours” means exactly that whatever the occasion, be it a wedding, engagement or any other private family celebration.

The 15 rooms can accommodate up to 32 guests and we can cater for 50 guests for a reception or buffet.

Built in 1811 Bailbrook Lodge has been sympathetically restored retaining original features and decorated and refurbished in keeping with the style of this lovely building.

The main house has fifteen en suite bedrooms, five of which have four poster beds.

The property is surrounded by lovely gardens which would also be exclusively reserved for you and your guests.
