The Bramhall Golf Club description

When the Club was founded in 1905, with the original 9-hole course, the Clubhouse was a single room within a farmhouse.


In 1914, the current Clubhouse was completed, and The Bramhall Golf Club, which by that time boasted an 18-hole course, was on its way to becoming one of the premier golf clubs in Cheshire.

The Rowbotham Lounge

There have been many programmes of improvement and modernisation over the years but the original Rowbotham Lounge (below), named after the Club's greatest benefactor, still retains much of the character of the traditional lounge.

The main function room is currently undergoing refurbishment and will be complete by May 2017.
