When you hire the hall you have full use of all the facilities including main hall, meeting room, fully equipped kitchen,crockery, cutlery, glasses, toilets, table and chairs.
The premises are open 8:00 to 00:00 and licensed for many activities from 10:00 to 23:00 including indoor sporting events, live music, recorded music, plays, exhibition of films, boxing and wrestling… Please note the hall no longer accepts bookings for 18th Birthdays and general teenage parties. Discretion can be used by the Hall Committee where the family lives in Abbotts Ann and is known to the Committee.
We have a licence for the sale of alcohol on the premises. To take advantage of this you must be trained by a committee member or the bookings manager and sign our Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) waiver. This takes approximately 20 -30 minutes to complete and can be organised through our bookings manager.
