The newly refurbished Fairway Suite has its own charm. This large open space can offer a versatile choice of layouts to meet your every need, ranging from smaller more personal functions to a larger friendly occasion it truly captures the essence of how you want your day to be.

Recently undergone major renovation, The Fairway Suite has been transformed into a sophisticated fine dining banqueting suite. Set with a large balcony overlooking our beautiful 18 hole golf course.

Fairways Suite

The Fairway Suite is our largest function suite situated on the first floor. This room will accommodate from 50-120 guests for a sit down meal and up to 200 for a buffet event. The room is fully air-conditioned and has a large dance floor it’s own private bar and a large balcony overlooking the golf course course with spectacular views across the Essex countryside reaching as far as the London Skyline.

Both rooms have their own music systems so that you can play your own selection of ceremony music, or background music during your reception. Both systems are fitted with roving microphones should you require them for your speeches..

Carlton Suite

The Carlton Room is the smaller of our two functions suites situated on the ground floor.

The Carlton Room will accommodate up to 40 guests for a sit down meal, or 60 for a buffet event. The room is air-conditioned and has its own private bar with patio windows leading on to a private patio area which is furnished during summer months.
