At Manor By The Lake we have a stunning location, characterful manor house and seven acres of award-winning gardens for you to use as the backdrop to your wedding celebrations.
At Manor By The Lake we don’t just rely on the stunning appearance and charming ambience of the house and gardens to make your wedding special. Our impressive function rooms, exquisite food and attentive friendly staff all play their part, as well as our experienced wedding planners on-hand help and advice guiding you every step of the way.
Of all the aspects of planning a wedding, your choice of venue is likely to have the biggest overall impact on your day. Whilst the colour of your flowers, design of your dress and choice of music all have their own role in the celebration, nothing has more of an influence on the atmosphere of your wedding than its location.

Our beautiful Victorian mansion makes an ideal base for meetings, conferences, office parties and team building events. Retreat from the office to a tranquil and private venue where we’ll provide you with all you need for a productive and professional event.
Location
Perfectly located in Cheltenham, we are just a couple of miles from the M5 motorway, and minutes from Cheltenham Spa railway station. For guests arriving by car we have ample car parking facilities, offered on a complimentary basis to our delegates.
Sometimes in business, it helps to move to a fresh location. With seven acres of gardens surrounding the Manor, you’d be hard pushed to find a more tranquil and relaxing setting for your business meeting.
Take lunch in the grounds, or simply enjoy the fresh air during a break out session. However you wish to use the Manor, we’ll provide the support you need to create the optimum working environment.
And with our stunning surroundings, both in the Manor and the beautiful gardens, you have a wonderful backdrop for corporate photography. If your team shots need updating, talk to us about using the Manor as your professional setting.
Exclusive Use
Whether you’re looking for privacy for a confidential new product launch, or simply a quiet setting away from the buzz of your main offices, the Manor can be booked on an exclusive business guaranteeing you an event that is free from distractions.
The Manor can accommodate any number from two to 200 delegates in our six meeting rooms. As you would expect, high-speed Wi-Fi is standard throughout the Manor, and our rooms benefit from natural light and views of the gardens. At your request we can provide standard and speciality AV equipment, including LCD screens, sound systems, data projectors and conferencing facilities.
Food & Drink
Whether you’re looking for a working lunch for two, 10 or a banquet for upto 200, we’ll be happy to offer catering to complement your event. Talk to us about your requirements and our chefs will be delighted to advise on suitable menus.
As well as choosing your food, you can decide where to eat to make the most of our stunning surroundings and give yourself a welcome break. We can cater for themed occasions and also manage any special dietary requirements so your event will be a success for all concerned.
