He has succeeded in transforming this Buckinghamshire village into the very heart of France and the illusion is maintained with a beautiful menu and extensive wine list, which features the very finest selections from the house cellar.

Upon arrival an array of seafood and meat dishes are on show in a refrigerated cabinet display, the contents of which are presented and explained to all guests. Guests may choose from a very extensive selection of dishes, some of which may be flambéed by your table in the dining room overlooking the splendid garden.
