The Bower Inn was converted from a private family home to a Restaurant in the eighties. Since then it has had a number of owners, all of whom have added their personal mark.
The business was closed in summer 2008 and stayed that way until Peter and Candida, its current owners, purchased and renovated it in 2010.
The Bower Inn re-opened in summer 2010 after a complete re-fit and face lift. Initially just the restaurant and bar, followed in late autumn with 5 quality en-suite bedrooms.
Since August 2010 the business has grown significantly and includes frequent functions, weddings and celebrations of all types.
