Licensed for civil weddings, ceremonies can be held in one of three locations within the House, including the wonderfully ornate Great Hall. By arrangement those wishing to marry in church may wish to consider the 13th Century Parish Church of Great Hampden, St Mary Magdalene, situated within the grounds and a short walk from the House.

This magnificent house with 1,000 years of history is one of the most sought after wedding venues in the county and has nearly 20 years experience in delivering exclusive weddings. Set in 300 acres of privately-owned grounds, complete with exquisitely tended lawns and a tree-lined driveway, Hampden House is offered to you exclusively for your wedding day.

With wedding day options ranging from all-inclusive packages to bespoke choices, the team at Hampden House are prepared to assist you in any way they can to make your day as special as possible.

As a venue for all seasons, the magnificent Great Hall can accommodate up to 150 guests for a champagne and canapé reception and the Dining Room can seat up to 100 guests for the wedding breakfast.

For those celebrations taking place within the intimate setting of the House, the elegant Georgian Room sets the scene for your evening entertainment and is conveniently located adjacent to the Lounge Bar. For the ultimate mix of a lawn wedding with Hampden House as the backdrop, from April to September we can erect a marquee within the picturesque gardens which can accommodate weddings with up to 250 people.
