Main Room

The light, open aspect main hall at the Centre overlooks the bowling green, and is licensed to hold a maximum of 100 people, depending on the room layout and type of event.

The hall can be divided into two smaller areas if required, and there is also a relatively small, spot lit stage area.

The use of folding tables and stacking chairs is included in the hire charge.

Hire times must include set up and clear away. Room set-up is not available as part of the hire.

Facilities in the main hall include surround sound multimedia system for presentations, film shows and lighting for discos - usage by arrangement.

I.T Suite

The I.T Suite / Community Classroom opened officially in 2003.

As well as being used for regular I.T classes, the I.T Suite is also available for hire by local groups and organisations wishing to set up IT training.

We are looking to incorporate a conference table soon to be used as a learning table during sessions, or to enable hirers to book a more formal, smaller meeting room.

Play Room

The playroom is the second largest room in the Centre, and has been designed and decorated specifically for use by children's groups.


It is currently used by Tatton Nursery every weekday morning during term time, and by the Parent and Toddler Group on Thursday afternoons.

The playroom is available to hire for meetings, but is not available for hire for children's parties due to the toys and play equipment stored in the room.

Kitchen

The Kitchen is available for use as part of your hire.

The kitchen facilities are suitable for light, rather than full-scale catering purposes.

These include modern cooker, fridge, freezer, fixed water boiler, toaster and microwave, plus portable electric water heaters as required.

We can provide a moderate selection of crockery and cutlery for hirers to use.

There is a range of worktop space of varying heights.

There is separate access to the kitchen from the Main Hall, I.T Suite and Play Room.
