Hatfield Heath Village Hall Trust is a registered charity managing two buildings - the Village Hall and the Institute - for the benefit of community organisations and residents of Hatfield Heath and surrounding areas.
The Village Hall is well equipped and heavily used – typically for 50 to 60 hours per week, by some 60 or more adults and children each weekday, by some 20 local organisations and also for many bookings such as weddings, childrens’ parties, and family parties. The organisations include for example Indoor Bowls, Martial Arts classes, Bridge Club, Multiple Sclerosis, Gardening Club, Amateur Theatre, British Legion, Music Lessons, Zumba, Street Style, Keep Fit, Little Friends, Pre-School – thus providing leisure and education facilities for all sections and ages of the community.
In the Institute building the range of activities includes a daily Coffee morning, Bridge, Cub Scouts, childrens’ parties and family parties, and Church activites.
