Farnborough Village Hall - Claydon
Farnborough Village Hall - Farnborough Village Hall
Farnborough Village Hall description
Village Hall
Medium (1-150)
Amazingly, our Village Hall began its life as an army hut at Fenny Compton and was bought here by horse and cart in the 1920's. The extension containing the kitchen and toilets was added in the 1970's. In this decade we have refurbished the kitchen, upgraded the heating, replaced the roof and more besides.
It remains a challenge to keep it fit for use but it is a good venue for children's parties, a weekly art group, and other popular events such as an Annual Quiz at the start of the year and the Village Hall Teas on Saturday afternoons from April - September.
