The Bird in Hand provides a picturesque country setting for your wedding reception with our function room overlooking the courtyard and garden. The serene landscaped gardens also provide a beautiful backdrop for your photographs.
Much of the original architecture and elegant décor still remains, especially in the Traditional English pub - giving you a unique and interesting venue in which to celebrate.
The Bird’s current wedding package offers details on our current price ranges alongside available menus, room sizes and everything you need to know about your special occasion at the Bird in Hand.
Business Conference Venue & Meeting rooms
The Bird in Hand Hotel is an ideal venue for business meetings, seminars, breakfast meetings and small conferences with its excellent facilities, peaceful location and attentive service offering on-site complimentary parking with easy access to the M4 & M40.
The bird has 3 rooms from which to choose. All offer the same facilities but vary in size. The Ashley Room is the smaller of the three and can seat up to 12 people 'boardroom style' and approximately 15 for a more informal meeting. The Lindon Room can seat up to 22 people 'boardroom style' and 30 in 'theatre style'. The larger Summer Room can seat approximately 40 people.
Free wifi is available throughout, making it an excellent business venue.
