We would be delighted to assist you in hosting an evening reception, should you have enjoyed an overseas wedding and need to celebrate with friends and family on another day. If you wish a daytime only affair, our stunning Watermark restaurant, which overlooks waterfall gardens, can be yours exclusively.
Meetings & Events
The Regency Park Hotel offers 10 flexible meeting rooms of various sizes that can cater for all types of corporate events—small or large. The hotel has the revamped Business centre which boasts the recently added Café lounge allowing delegates to help themselves to unlimited tea and coffee throughout the day, when booked on one of our day delegate packages. Delegates can also use the lounge area with substantial relaxed seating, space to stretch their legs and enjoy the delicious buffet lunches.
All of the meeting rooms are purpose built with natural daylight and air conditioning with meeting space capacity ranging from 4 to 200 delegates.
The Regency Park Hotel also has exclusive outdoor space, which can be used to host car launches, barbeques and a range of team building activities.

The Parkland Suite is Regency Park Hotel's largest suite and can hold a maximum of 200 delegates theatre style or up to 140 guests for a wedding breakfast.
It is also adjoining the Parkland Foyer which you would have use of with a bar that can be available for any event.
The Parkland Suite also has its own restroom facilities so it has everything you may need!
The Parkland can also be split into Parkland 1 and Parkland 2 with a sound proof wall if you want a smaller space for your meeting or event.

Paris Suite is a beautiful room which is a licensed civil ceremony room and can hold a maximum of 80 guests. We can arrange the chair covers and flowers for the room for your wedding.
The Paris suite also holds around 60/70 people for a sit down meal and we can even arrange a disco afterwards!
The Paris Suite also adjoins to the Conservatory which you would have private use of with its own bar that can be open for any event.
