We, Fat Hog and Big Pan Catering, are mobile caterers that wanted to offer a new style of food catering that brought together unique ideas, fresh high quality food presented in a rustic interactive way to make the food a feature at your function with amazingly fresh flavours - which is what we have done successfully over the last 10 years and continue to do.

Our food is ‘street food style’ with our key ethos being that your guests can create the meal they want rather than the meal they are given. We aim to stimulate the senses with our food; guests can smell the tasty food as it’s freshly cooked in front of them; see the food cooked and be ‘wowed’ with our rustic display and taste the delicious flavours of the food.

Most of the food is freshly made on site on the day and we do our best to source as much as we can locally. We usually only cater for one function a day. We are able to provide a vast menu as everything is brought freshly specifically for your function (we don't hold food in stock) and cooked by a professional chef. If there is something that you want that isn’t on the menu just ask us if we are able to do it.

We don’t just provide great food we also provide a personal service offering advice, support and being on hand to answer your questions about your function.
