All copyrights for images shown are provided by the party responsible for providing the images to Venues4Hire.org. 7. Username and password
7.1 On registering with us, you register a user name and password which must be used in order to access certain parts of the Website. The username and password are personal to you and are not transferable.

8.2 All annual advert fees are due in full at the placement of the advert. The Company are not able to offer any refunds for adverts placed on the Website.
9. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold The Company and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against The Company arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.
10. SEVERANCE
