Description
To support those who find themselves homeless and need support in navigating their way on to 'The housing pathway'.
Every Monday & Wednesday from 5pm till 8pm and each Tuesday between 9am and 1pm, JCT (Joining Communities Together) London in Partnership with Chalk Farm Salvation Army aims to support you with:
· Accommodation needs
· Showers & Clothing
· Women’s Groups
· Accessing Benefits
· Immigration Advice
· Health Care Referrals
· Travel Documents
· Signposting to other agencies
