We are a Church of Scotland congregation based in the centre of Bonnyrigg. Our aim as a congregation is to provide a warm welcome to all who join us. To offer an inclusive, open and affirming ministry, to demonstrate a strong concern for social issues, both in our local community and further afield. We aim to work positively with other church and faith communities. We strive to be a friendly and welcoming church for all.

Newsletter -Articles for future Newsletters: We continue to look for fresh content for future magazines, It could be a favourite hymn/bible reading and why they are important; tales from old and new Bonnyrigg, news of sporting or other events from youth, uniformed or other church groups. Pictures tell a thousand words so pictures are welcome. They may not all be used immediately but can used in future magazine.
Flower Displays at Church & Halls: To ensure that our flowers displays are much admired again this year, Auld Abe has requested some help to look after the Hanging Baskets & Tubs during the summer months (June - September). This will involve watering the displays on a regular basis. If you can help please add your name to the list in the display area. We are also looking for a volunteer to co-ordinate the rota. The more volunteers the less work for all. !!

Our Chat & Craft Group is looking for donations of brightly coloured fabric to make bunting to decorate outside the Pitcairn Centre to celebrate Bonnyrigg & Poltonhall Gala Day on 2 June. Donations can be dropped into the box in the Pitcairn Centre

Car Wash - Saturday 11th May - Car Park of Our Lady of Consolation - 10:00am - 1pm. To support the our summer youth program, in association with Young Life, we are holding a Car Wash on Saturday 11th May, all donations will go towards the cost of camp for our young people. Private Prayer Time on Wednesdays, between 10:00am and 12:00pm. Even if you do not feel ready to return to Sunday Worship you may find comfort in some quiet time within the Church or if you cant make it please use this Virtual Prayer Box for any of your requests for prayer.
