St Philip Evans Community Centre is currently home to a wide variety of regular users including Popstars Dance Studios, life training, bingo and sign language training. . The Community Centre has played host to birthday parties of all ages (yes we have room inside for a bouncy castle!), fundraisers, baptism parties, community gatherings, engagement parties and wedding receptions as well as Parish events like our Summer Fete and Christmas Market!

We have a fully licence bar and can serve to 11;30 pm. It is a can and bottle service which is reasonably priced.

We even have a separate conference centre that holds up to 30 people and has a fully functional kitchen if our large hall is too big for what you had in mind. It’s used regularly by the Deaf community, the UCM and children’s liturgy so if you’re thinking of having an important meeting, hosting a beauty evening or teaching a class then this is the venue for you.This centre has fully functional audio and visual facilities. Both halls have a loop system for the hard of hearing.
