I recently visited Leven Bar and had an absolutely fantastic experience, all thanks to their new bartender. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel incredibly welcome with her warm smile and attentive service. What really stood out was her expertise in mixology for her first day– she whipped up some of the most innovative and delicious cocktails I've ever had, each perfectly balanced and presented with flair. Not only was she highly knowledgeable about the drinks menu, offering great recommendations tailored to my tastes, but her passion for her craft was evident in every interaction. She managed to create a friendly and vibrant atmosphere that made the entire evening more enjoyable. It's rare to find someone who not only excels at their job but also enhances the overall ambiance of a place with their positivity and professionalism the leven is really lucky to have her. Leven Bar has truly found a gem. I can't recommend this place enough – whether you're a cocktail aficionado or just looking for a great spot to unwind, you won't be disappointed. Five stars all the way for the amazing service, exceptional drinks, and a memorable experience. Looking forward to my next visit!
Perfect location in Stokesley, very friendly staff and loved the style of the recently updated room. The new bathroom was a 10 out 10 for style, size and extras. The tea trolley was very well stocked. We could see the big changes to the hotel and how much better the place will be when its completed. We found only tiny faults which did not affect our stay like no full length mirror, no iron in the room (not all hotels do offer this) and the floor was a little bit wonky which meant things slid off the bed side table. Free parking outside the hotel in the main car park but no breakfast offered. We will be coming back to see how the changes improve the place when completed.
