Pickwell & Leesthorpe Village Hall is a charming space in the heart of our village that once housed the local school. Constructed from the village’s own ironstone it is now used as a meeting place and accessible venue for those in and around the area.
The Hall is a registered charity and funded by annual village events to support the upkeep of the Village Hall and of the local church, All Saints.
Pickwell & Leesthorpe Village Hall is available to hire and is perfectly suited to parties, meetings or community groups. The space seats 50 with adjacent kitchen facilities.

Hiring
Pickwell & Leesthorpe Village Hall is open for hire (subject to availability) between 5am and 1am, 7 days a week.
For wedding receptions, evening parties, Parish Council meetings and using the Hall for voting. The deposit and rate are to be agreed separately with the Bookings Secretary.
Regular hire charges:
N.B The Hall’s Entertainment Licence is until 11pm

Commercial Hirer’s are required to make a returnable deposit of £20

These times include preparation time and cleaning time.
Other 4 hour sessions e.g. 10am - 2pm may be available if they do not clash with other bookings. They will also be £20 for Pickwell residents and £25 for Non residents.
Please make all cheques payable to Pickwell and Leesthorpe Village Hall.
The hire charge includes the use of kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery and heating of the Hall during the hire period. After use we ask that you leave the Hall and its equipment as you found it. Please remove all rubbish, open the curtains and switch off all heaters and lights.
