Meeting Room 1 - Downstairs
Room 1 is our larger room (10m x 8.6m) and can seat at least 60 in theatre style. Soft fabric chairs are available. The room has hard, easily cleaned flooring. Tables are available should you require a classroom or lecture-
The room is light and airy and equipped with a ceiling-mounted projector which its available for hire. A PA system is also available for hire.
Full disabled access is available through double doors on entering the building and the room. A disabled toilet is also available in the building.
Meeting Room 2 - Downstairs
Room 2 (8m x 5.8m) is usually laid out in lounge style with seating for 25-
There are 3 sofas at one end, and over 30 comfortable low chairs.
The room is equipped with a movable TV and a white board and is adjacent to the kitchen. It has a modern comfortable feel.
Room A - Counselling Room - Upstairs
Four smaller rooms are available for hire on the first floor. Three are attractively furnished to be suitable for syndicate/discussion rooms, mentoring, counselling or for informal meetings.
Room A, above, has a sofa and 2 easy chairs, together with 2-3 other soft, upright chairs. There is a full-sized office desk along one wall and mid-sized round table in the centre of the room.
Room C - Counselling Room - Upstairs
Room C, above, has a sofa and 2 easy chairs. It has a small desk and 2-3 upright soft chairs. It is tastefully furnished and is very suitable for counselling or other one-to-one work.
Room D - Counselling Room - Upstairs
Room D has a full sized desk with desk lamp and 3 seats for counselling or mentoring.
Room E - Conference/Counselling Room - Upstairs
Room E, above, has a 1.2m diameter conference table which seats 6 comfortably. There is space for 2-3 other chairs in the room. The table can be pulled to one side to make a more comfortable space for one-to-one discussions or to provide room for children's activities. There is a laptop desk against one wall and a whiteboard on another.
Entrance Hallway and Kitchen
The hallway/corridor beyond the front entrance is brightly lit with seating and pictures along one wall. Room 1 is accessed by 2 double doors on the left.
The corridor leads through a set of fire doors to a wider area with access to toilets, Room 2 and the kitchen.
The kitchen has a double oven with hob, fridge, microwave, urn, vacuum flasks and kettles. A full range of cutlery and crockery is available for up to 60 people.
Wheelchair access is available to all rooms on the ground floor.
The toilets include disabled facilities, baby changing station and shower.
There is off-road parking in front of the premises for up to 9 cars.
