a special place to relax, unwind and simply be yourself – a place of sanctuary in Bury St Edmunds

Classes

Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and Meditation classes for all ages, to suit all levels of fitness and experience, in three purpose-built studios.

Our dedicated teachers keep classes small to ensure they can provide high levels of care and tuition to each student. They offer correction and guidance to minimise the chance of injury and provide high quality tuition to deepen and progress your practice.
