Stonehouse Institute is situated on New Street about 50 metres away from the cross.
The hall comprises of a main hall, meeting room, two small committee rooms, kitchen and toilets. There is also a lesser hall upstairs which is used by
youth groups.
The main hall is 250sqm and can accommodate up to 170 people in concert style seating or 110 for catered functions.
The meeting room is 60sqm and can accommodate up to 35 people.
The two small committee rooms can accommodate up to 12 people.
There is a playgroup which operates each day in the hall.
The kitchen is large enough to accommodate caterers and has an area to the side which is ideal for laying out a buffet.
There is no car park for this hall.
This facility can be used for a variety of community, social and commercial activities including but not restricted to Courses and Classes, Arts and Crafts, Sports Activities, Community Meetings, Birthday Parties, Engagement Parties, Discos, Wedding Receptions, Slimming Clubs, Martial Arts etc.
