We had our son and daughter-in-law’s waleema at Al-Miraj.

Brother Kauser & Br Uddin took on our booking and dealt with us with humour and experience. The venue has a strict NO ALCOHOL policy and this was extremely important to us, so much that we travelled from Leicester to achieve this. In addition, they have separate ladies and gents prayer rooms which we needed during February where salah times are tight. They have a huge car park and the venue Is extremely spacious and more than suited our 260 guests.

This banqueting hall offered us a full range of colours, themes, décor, stage couches – almost too much choice 😊 – we were extremely happy with the look on the day and our guests were very impressed too and some have travelled across the world to be with us.

We were allocated a member of staff to oversee our event, she was excellent and constantly checked on us throughout the day – we felt thoroughly looked after. All the staff were polite, they were efficient at serving and refilling and this fantastic service was also noted by our guests.

This was our first major family event and the team at Al-Miraj took a weight off our shoulders and delivered above and beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend this venue.

Highly recommend! We had our brothers wedding here the past weekend and the service was absolutely excellent. Our event manager Kausar was fantastic, we all loved him! He was helpful and supportive and did his best to ensure our event ran as smoothly as possible. The price was also the best we found anywhere. We will definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone. Thank you again Kausar for all your hard work!!
