This was by far the best service I have ever received at a hotel. We stayed here last weekend for my sisters wedding. Kiki the wedding planner was amazing she couldn’t do enough and was so kind and patient and always smiling. Her and the other ladies were constantly popping up to our room the morning of the wedding to check we had everything we needed. The venue was decorated beautifully exactly how they wanted and nothing was too much trouble. Constantly on hand 24/7 to check everything ran smoothly. Always so happy and friendly. All the staff were the same. Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and chatty and always asking if there was anything we need or they could do. It’s little touches like this that make a special day even more special and I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone planning a wedding. I would also recommend the hotel to stay at. The food was lovely and the rooms were perfect but it was without a doubt all the staff who make this hotel great. From the waitresses in the restaurant, the guys behind the bar and the housekeeping staff. All of them stopped to have conversations with us and offer their congratulations and ask if we needed anything. Thank you so much.

Kiki has only been with us a few months, in that time she has had an enormous impact on her collogues and her many happy couples. We loved looking after you all, its especially enjoyable when the guest and their pets are here for full the weekend. We look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.

Our daughter's wedding took place this past weekend at the Burford Bridge Hotel, and it was just the most incredible experience. From the evening before when we all checked in everything went so well. The place itself is a beautiful venue. All the staff were so attentive and caring and contributed to the success of the day. A special shout out to the Toastmaster, Joe, who organised us so well throughout the proceedings! And to Kiki who planned it so well and was on hand all day checking we were happy with everything. Our rooms were lovely and comfortable, possibly the best hotel room I have ever stayed in. So many of our guests said it was the best wedding ever! Thank you so much to everyone there who made Natalie and Gary's wedding so perfect, we are so grateful and would recommend this lovely venue to anyone looking for a wonderful experience.

Saturday and Sunday were good in the brilliant sunshine, nice food, perfect staff and a great location but Monday with the rain hammering down was a little less good. There was water dripping through the roof outside our room, the gutters were overflowing and leaking.
