The staff really make this place they are friendly and helpful in a way that comes across as genuine. The stay ticked all the other boxes as well; very comfortable bed, good shower and bath etc, separate toilet, good facilities including a fridge. Near transport systems and places of interest.

If I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would. Went to Leeds this weekend and I was so impressed by everything. The hotel was very clean. The food was fresh and made whilst you waited. The front reception staff was excellent and made someone whom never visited Leeds before so at ease and the overall experience was pleasurable that I'll stay there a 2nd 3rd 4th times.......... would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to visit Leeds.

I stayed here to see a concert at the First Direct Arena. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and facilities good. My only problem was at breakfast when I thought I would be led to a seat, but the lady who welcomed me just cleared plates. However, the cook made me a special omelette when being a vegetarian with a tissue phobia proved a bit of a problem.
